Potential and peculiarities of structural-level organization of professional pedagogical thinking

Актуальность работы обусловлена тем, что рассмотрение профессионального мышления как ресурса требует расширения представлений о нем метасистеме, включающей в себя когнитивный, метакогнитивный, личностный и ресурсно-поведенческий компоненты. Представлены данные исследования педагогов дошкольных образовательных организаций (n = 70) с опорой на метасистемный подход. Определены особенности структурно-уровневой организации системном уровне. Выделены сходства отличия профессиональном мышлении зависимости от территориальной расположенности организаций. Установлено, существует частичная связь между компонентами-субсистемами педагогического мышления. Предложено новое для психолого-педагогической науки понимание ресурсности Полученные результаты могут быть использованы области дошкольного образования направлении достижения показателей качества образовательной деятельности.
